I have been having some major ups and down these past few weeks. I would like to thank Su Hillary at Wilderness Wellbeing for the refresher course in self-esteem and positive outlook and self-talk. I will be doing my homework and posting progress as I make it, no matter how large or how small. I am making an effort guys, I really am. I am starting a journey no ... An adventure no less. It will have its good days and its bad but with a wonderful on line support system, how can I go wrong?

The Wilderness Wellbeing walk with Hilary Carlile and Su Hillary in the Waitakeres. A day of walking through the bush, what an amazing adventure with lots of native trees, plants and shrubs, claim cool breeze and its fresh air. It was great for the body and mind. Normally you would take it for granted when you walk in the bush so many trees, plants and what the meanings are behind them all, for me it was an amazing journey. On the way back it was all upwards I felt my body let me down a bit but Hilary's expertise and Su's support and guidance I made it back. We had lunch at Arataki and walked around the tree's identification loop. Thank you Hilary and Su for the wonderful day.

Thank you Su & Hilary for taking us to a great journey walking, seeing, feeling and appreciating my surroundings and be in the moment and realise life doesn't need to be so busy and complicated.
